What is our Return Policy?
Since we are selling hygiene products, we accept products purchased from august-november.com in new condition with liners intact for a full refund.
Return shipping is at customers expense. You have 14 days from the day you received your purchased items to send them back. (Please note all sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.) For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove hygiene liner unless you are keeping the item.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Our returns team will confirm the return. As soon as the return has been received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, this might take within 3-5 business days.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 14 days.
- Full priced items in new condition. Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging/with hygiene liner intact.
- Items marked as sale.
- Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
What to do if you experience issues with your items?
We are sure you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com.
What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?
Any items received that are not in original condition, with hygiene liner intact or have stains/soiling will be not be eligible for refunds. We are unable to issue refunds on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will need to be covered.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
